Battling ropes can be supplied with the ends either eye spliced to form a handle, back spliced to give a larger diameter grip  or whipped.

These can be fixed with eye bolts & shackles  or be  lashed , depending on the situation.

Yes we supply a full range of natural ropes, and some synthetic ones as well..If you are struggling to find a particular rope…we probably can help you find it ior suggest an alternative that will do the job

At the moment regrettably no. Though we are searching for products are made from recycled material. However, we select products wherever we can that are recyclable or bio degradable.


Maintenance

Most ropes can be left outside whilst in use, however they will,l over time, suffer from deterioration due to UV light & from getting damp. Natural fibre ropes will  contract in wet weather & expand in warm weather  whereas synthetic ropes will not. All ropes will last longer and are best stored in a cool dry airy place when not in use.

Ropes should be coiled & stored in cool ,dry , airy conditions.  Any frayed areas of rope should not be used under tension .  Check rope regularly for fraying & signs of abrasion.

Scramble nets ,rope bridges & other such items  should be regularly checked for signs of wear & tear such as fraying , abrasion & cuts in the rope .  fastenings & lashings should also be regularly checked.

Boundary Ropes

A standard coil of Rope is 220 Metres ,  however  another coil or length  of rope can be spliced to it to  make any length required . One factor that you may like to consider is the overall weight of the boundary rope & how  it can be handled.

Boundary flags can be supplied.

Synthetic ropes (polypropylene, polyester, polyethylene & Nylon) are generally “harder wearing” than natural fibre ropes (Sisal, Manilla & hemp).
